Besuch des protestantischen Tempels:
Ein wenig Geschichte: Es wäre wahrscheinlich die alte Kapelle des Feudalschlosses gewesen, das auf der Place Samson erbaut und 1242 von Ludwig IX. zerstört wurde. Die besagte Kapelle, heute Tempel der protestantischen Kirche von Matha, wurde zunächst als nationales Gut verkauft. Der neue Besitzer verkaufte sie 1875 an Pastor Doine.
Die protestantische Verankerung in der Region Matha hat ihre Geschichte stark beeinflusst, und die lokale Landschaft ist von Tempeln geprägt, die über die umliegenden Dörfer verstreut sind.
Heute versammelt sich die protestantische Gemeinde von Matha zu ihren wöchentlichen Gottesdiensten an einem nahegelegenen Ort, bleibt aber weiterhin bestrebt, ihre lokale Geschichte zu fördern und dieses lokale Erbe jedes Jahr im Rahmen der JEP oder bei verschiedenen kulturellen Veranstaltungen zur Geltung zu bringen.

Haben wir außer den Evangelien auch römische oder jüdische Quellen, die uns zu der Annahme führen, dass es Jesus gegeben hat? Und was lernen wir über diese Figur, die die Geschichte prägte?

Visit of the Protestant temple:
A bit of history: It would have been the former chapel of the feudal castle built in place Samson and destroyed in 1242 by Louis IX. The said chapel, currently a temple of the Protestant church of Matha was first sold as national property. The new owner sold it to pastor Doine in 1875.
The Protestant anchorage in the region of Matha has strongly impacted its history and the local landscape is marked by temples scattered in neighboring villages.
Today, the Protestant community of Matha meets for its weekly services in a nearby place, but it remains committed to promoting its local history and enhancing this local heritage each year in the context of the JEP, or on the occasion of various cultural events.

Do we have in our possession, apart from the Gospels, Roman or Jewish sources that allow us to think that Jesus did exist? And what do they tell us about this figure who has marked history?

Un po' di storia: sarebbe stata probabilmente l'antica cappella del castello feudale costruito in piazza Samson e distrutto nel 1242 da Luigi IX. Detta cappella, attualmente tempio della chiesa protestante di Matha fu prima venduta come bene nazionale. Il nuovo proprietario la rivendette al pastore Doine nel 1875.
L'ancoraggio protestante nella regione di Matha ha fortemente influenzato la sua storia e il paesaggio locale è segnato da templi sparsi nei villaggi vicini.
Oggi, la comunità protestante di Matha si riunisce per i suoi culti settimanali in un luogo vicino, ma rimane impegnata a promuovere la sua storia locale e a valorizzare questo patrimonio locale ogni anno nel contesto dei JEP, o in occasione di vari eventi culturali.

Un peu d'histoire : Il aurait été vraisemblablement l’ancienne chapelle du château féodal construit place Samson et détruit en 1242 par Louis IX. Ladite chapelle, actuellement temple de l’église protestante de Matha fut tout d’abord vendue comme bien national. Le nouveau propriétaire la revendit au pasteur Doine en 1875.
L'ancrage protestant dans la région de Matha a fortement impacté son histoire et le paysage local est marqué par des temples disséminés dans les villages voisins.
Aujourd'hui, la communauté protestante de Matha se réunit pour ses cultes hebdomadaires dans un lieu à proximité, mais elle reste attachée à promouvoir son histoire locale et à valoriser ce patrimoine local chaque année dans le contexte des JEP, ou à l'occasion de divers événements culturels.
