Das 1924 von dem Architekten Auguste Georges Dubois erbaute Haus Motte-Lepoutre beherbergt seit 1976 das Institut für die Ausbildung in der Krankenpflege. Dieses alte bürgerliche Wohnhaus hat seine ursprünglichen Dekorationen erhalten und wurde 1982 mit einem diskret in das Ensemble integrierten Amphitheater erweitert. Heute heißt sie weiterhin die Studenten der Krankenpflege und Pflegehelfer in Verbindung mit dem medizinischen Zentrum Barbieux willkommen.

The Motte-Lepoutre house, built in 1924 by architect Auguste Georges Dubois, has housed the Institute of Nursing Training since 1976. This old bourgeois residence has retained its original decor and was enriched in 1982 with an amphitheater discreetly integrated into the ensemble. Today, it continues to welcome nursing students and nursing assistants, in connection with the Barbieux medical center.

La casa Motte-Lepoutre, costruita nel 1924 dall'architetto Auguste Georges Dubois, ospita dal 1976 l'Istituto di formazione in cure infermieristiche. Questa antica residenza borghese ha conservato le sue decorazioni originali e nel 1982 si è arricchita di un anfiteatro che è stato integrato in modo discreto all'insieme. Oggi, continua ad accogliere gli studenti infermieri e assistenti sanitari, in collegamento con il centro medico Barbieux.

Cette ancienne demeure bourgeoise a conservé ses décors d’origine et s’est enrichie en 1982 d’un amphithéâtre discrètement intégré à l’ensemble. Esta antigua residencia burguesa ha conservado sus decorados originales y se enriqueció en 1982 con un anfiteatro discretamente integrado al conjunto.
