Plakate, Schokoladenschilder und deren Chromos, Werbegegenstände und -dokumente, Aktionen und Rechnungen, Postkarten, ... aus der Lorrain-Schokolade stammend, das ist alles, was Alain Barrot, leidenschaftlicher Sammler, über viele Jahre hinweg gesammelt hat. Er schlägt vor, sie allen Neugierigen auf das kulinarische Erbe der Region Nancy zu enthüllen.
Unter ihren berühmten Kisten mit Bergamotten aus Nancy war die Chocolat Lorrain das einzige, das Ansichten anderer Kurorte in den Vogesen zeigte, und dies ausdrücklich für die Ausstellung von 1909.
Eine echte Reise in die Vergangenheit, die auf die Mitte der 1890er Jahre zurückgeht: Paul Evrard (1855-1942) gründet sein Geschäft als Chocolatier in der Rue Saint Jean in Nancy.
Ebenfalls in Nancy, im September 1897, eröffnete er "La Chocolaterie de l'Est" in der Vorstadt Saint-Jean Nr. 47, unter dem Namen "Chocolat Lorrain".
Am 1. April 1913 übergab Paul Évrard sein Geschäft an den Industriellen Gaston Bouvier (1875-1926).
Im Jahr 1918 wurde das Unternehmen nach Laxou auf den 106 boulevard Émile Zola verlegt.
Im Jahr 1927 trat Raoul Nanty (1882-1970) in den Verwaltungsrat der Aktiengesellschaft "La Chocolaterie de l'Est" aus Nancy (Marke Chocolat Lorrain) ein und wurde dessen geschäftsführender Direktor sowie später stellvertretender Vorsitzender.
Diese Schokoladenfabrik blieb bis 1952 in Laxou in Betrieb. Die Biscuiterie Panier, genannt Biscuiterie Lorraine oder BISLOR, folgte ihr bis 1994, als die Produktion endgültig eingestellt wurde. Vier Jahre später wurde das Gebäude zerstört, um einem Mehrfamilienhaus Platz zu machen.

Among their famous boxes of bergamotes from Nancy, the Chocolat Lorrain will be the only one to display views of other thermal towns in the Vosges and this, expressly for the exhibition of 1909.
A real dive in time that dates back to the mid-1890s: Paul Evrard (1855-1942) created his activity as a chocolatier on rue Saint Jean in Nancy.
Still in Nancy, in September 1897, he opened "La Chocolaterie de l'Est" at no 47, faubourg Saint-Jean, whose sign is "Chocolat Lorrain".
On 1 April 1913, Paul Évrard sold his business to the industrialist Gaston Bouvier (1875-1926).
In 1918, the company was transferred to Laxou at no. 106 boulevard Émile Zola.
It was in 1927 that Raoul Nanty (1882-1970) joined the board of directors of the limited company "La Chocolaterie de l'Est" in Nancy (brand Chocolat Lorrain), and became its managing director, then vice-president.
This chocolate factory will remain in activity in Laxou until 1952. The Panier biscuit factory, named Biscuiterie Lorraine or BISLOR, succeeded him until 1994 when manufacturing stopped permanently. Four years later, the building is destroyed to make way for an apartment building.

Tra le loro famose scatole di bergamotto di Nancy, il Chocolat Lorrain sarà l'unico a vantare vedute di altre città termali dei Vosgi e questo, espressamente per l'esposizione del 1909.
Un vero e proprio tuffo nel tempo che risale alla metà degli anni 1890: Paul Evrard (1855-1942) crea la sua attività di cioccolatiere rue Saint Jean a Nancy.
Sempre a Nancy, nel settembre 1897, apre "La Chocolaterie de l'Est" al n°47, faubourg Saint-Jean, il cui marchio è "Chocolat Lorrain".
Il 1o aprile 1913, Paul Évrard cede la sua attività all'industriale Gaston Bouvier (1875-1926).
Nel 1918, l'azienda viene trasferita a Laxou al n°106 boulevard Émile Zola.
Nel 1927, Raoul Nanty (1882-1970) entra nel consiglio di amministrazione della società per azioni "La Chocolaterie del'Est" di Nancy (marchio Chocolat Lorrain), e ne diventa amministratore delegato, poi vicepresidente.
Questa fabbrica di cioccolato rimase in attività a Laxou fino al 1952. La fabbrica di biscotti Panier, chiamata Biscuiterie Lorraine o BISLOR, gli è succeduta fino al 1994 quando la produzione è definitivamente cessata. Quattro anni dopo, l'edificio viene distrutto per far posto a un condominio.

Parmi leurs fameuses boîtes de bergamotes de Nancy, le Chocolat Lorrain sera le seul à arborer des vues d’autres villes thermales des Vosges et ce, expressément pour l’exposition de 1909.
Une véritable plongée dans le temps qui remonte au milieu des années 1890 : Paul Evrard (1855-1942) crée son activité de chocolatier rue Saint Jean à Nancy.
Toujours à Nancy, en septembre 1897, il ouvre « La Chocolaterie de l’Est » au n°47, faubourg Saint-Jean, dont l’enseigne est « Chocolat Lorrain ».
Le 1er avril 1913, Paul Évrard cède son affaire à l’industriel Gaston Bouvier (1875-1926).
En 1918, l’entreprise est transférée à Laxou au n°106 boulevard Émile Zola.
C'est en 1927 que Raoul Nanty (1882-1970) entre au Conseil d'Administration de la société anonyme "La Chocolaterie de l'Est" de Nancy (marque Chocolat Lorrain), et en devient l'administrateur-délégué, puis le vice-président.
Cette chocolaterie restera en activité à Laxou jusqu’en 1952. La biscuiterie Panier, nommée Biscuiterie Lorraine ou BISLOR, lui a succédé jusqu'en 1994 où la fabrication a cessé définitivement. Quatre ans plus tard, le bâtiment est détruit pour laisser place à un immeuble à appartements.
