Die Stätte des ehemaligen Steinbruchs der Grouais de Chicheray, das als historisches Denkmal eingestuft ist, hat die Spuren der menschlichen Passage im Tal des Loir-et-Vendômois vor 400.000 Jahren hinterlassen. Er hat vor allem die Böden bewahrt, die während einer der letzten Eiszeiten hinterlassen wurden, die zu den strengsten in unserer lokalen Klimageschichte gehören.

The site of the former quarry of the Grouais de Chicheray, classified as a historical monument, has left traces of the passage of men in the valley of the Loir Vendômois 400,000 years ago. Above all, it preserved the land deposited during one of the last glaciations, among the most rigorous in our local climatic history.
Let’s explore the long climatic, geological and human history of the Loir vendômois through the reading of the landscape and the observation of flint, not to mention the fauna and flora newly inventoried on the site.

Il sito dell'antica cava dei Grouais de Chicheray, classificato come monumento storico, ha lasciato le tracce del passaggio degli uomini nella valle del Loir vendômois 400.000 anni fa. Ha conservato soprattutto i terreni depositati durante una delle ultime glaciazioni, tra le più rigorose della nostra storia climatica locale.
