In Joigny, im Departement Yonne, befindet sich ein kleines weißes Gebäude mit einer Kuppel und einem 310-mm-Teleskop. Das ganze wurde vollständig von Pierre Fayadat, einem lokalen Schreiner mit Leidenschaft für die Astronomie, Stück für Stück gefertigt. Diese Seite ist eine der wenigen und sehr seltenen Amateurobservatorien von Burgund. Für die Realisierung des Projekts waren 28 Jahre Arbeit erforderlich (1959-1987). Heute ist das Teleskop sowohl in technologischer Hinsicht einzigartig für die damalige Zeit als auch hinsichtlich der Herkunft seiner Herstellung. Hidden from view exists in Joigny, in the Yonne, a small white building surmounted by a dome and housing a 310 mm telescope, all entirely made piece by piece by Pierre Fayadat, a local carpenter passionate about astronomy. This site is one of the only and very rare amateur observatories of Burgundy. He asked for twenty-eight years of work for its realization (1959 -1987). Today, the telescope remains unique both in terms of technology for the time and the origin of its manufacture. Even if it remains unknown, it constitutes an element of the local cultural heritage. Al riparo degli sguardi c'è a Joigny, nella Yonne, un piccolo edificio bianco sormontato da una cupola e che ospita un telescopio da 310 mm, il tutto interamente realizzato pezzo per pezzo da Pierre Fayadat, un falegname locale appassionato di astronomia. Questo sito è uno dei pochi e rari osservatori amatoriali della Borgogna. Ha richiesto ventotto anni di lavoro per realizzarlo (1959 -1987). Oggi, il telescopio rimane unico sia dal punto di vista tecnologico per l'epoca che dall'origine della sua fabbricazione. Anche se ancora poco conosciuto, è un elemento del patrimonio culturale locale. Venite a scoprirlo in occasione delle Giornate europee del patrimonio.

À l’abri des regards existe à Joigny, dans l’Yonne, un petit bâtiment blanc surmonté d’une coupole et abritant un télescope de 310 mm, le tout entièrement fabriqué pièce par pièce par Pierre Fayadat, un artisan menuisier local passionné d’astronomie. Ce site est l'un des seuls et très rares observatoires amateurs de la Bourgogne. Il a demandé vingt-huit ans de travail pour sa réalisation (1959 -1987). Aujourd'hui, le télescope reste unique tant sur le plan technologique pour l’époque que sur l’origine de sa fabrication. Même s’il reste méconnu, il constitue un élément du patrimoine culturel local. En el Yonne, en Joigny, un pequeño edificio blanco con cúpula y telescopio de 310 mm, todo ello fabricado pieza por pieza por Pierre Fayadat, un carpintero local apasionado por la astronomía. Este sitio es uno de los únicos y muy raros observatorios aficionados de Borgoña. Ha requerido veintiocho años de trabajo para su realización (1959-1987). Hoy en día, el telescopio sigue siendo único tanto desde el punto de vista tecnológico para la época como por el origen de su fabricación. Aunque sigue siendo desconocido, es un elemento del patrimonio cultural local. Venga a descubrirlo con motivo de las Jornadas Europeas del Patrimonio.
