Built between 1880 and 1884 in a neo-Gothic style by the architect Cahuzac, disciple of Viollet-le-Duc, the Château du Vivier was owned by Cyrille Cottin, silky Lyonnais. Since its creation in 1990, the Château du Vivier has welcomed students from the Institut Lyfe, formerly known as the Paul Bocuse Institute. Come and discover the history of this famous castle where the students of the Lyfe Institute have the chance to study daily.
