Anlässlich der Europäischen Tage des Kulturerbes 2026, die unter dem nationalen Thema "Kulturerbe in Gefahr" stattfinden, schlägt die Firma La Pierre d'Amyon vor, eine wenig bekannte Figur des immateriellen Erbes von Bugey und den savoyischen Ländern wiederzubeleben: das Sarvan.
Fantastisches Geschöpf der Volkserzählungen, der Sarvan ist ein halb wildes, halb häusliches Wesen, das abwechselnd als Wächter des Heimes und der Herden fungiert, Beschützer... oder furchterregender Scherze. Lange Zeit im Laufe von Wachen und Erzählungen weitergegeben, gehört es heute zu einem fragilen immateriellen Erbe.
Auf dem Vorplatz der Kirche von Flaxieu zieht eine Truppe von Schurken ein, um die Facetten des Sarvan zu erzählen.
Zwischen Theater und Puppen, alten Erzählungen und zeitgenössischem Blick lädt dieses Familienschauspiel Jung und Alt dazu ein, diese Figur der lokalen Folklore wiederzuentdecken. In einer festlichen und musikalischen Atmosphäre taucht der Sarwan dort auf, wo man ihn nicht erwartet, weckt die Vorstellungen und stellt die Frage, welchen Platz noch Legenden in unserer heutigen Welt einnehmen können.
Eine fantastische und facetische Reise, um dieses lokale Erbe für eine Aufführung wiederzubeleben.

On the occasion of the European Heritage Days 2026, under the national theme "Heritage in peril", the company La Pierre d'Amyon proposes to revive a little-known figure of intangible heritage of Bugey and the Savoyard countries: the Sarvan.
Fantastic creature of popular stories, the Sarvan is a being half-wild, half-domestic, by turns guardian of the hearth and herds, protector... or a formidable prankster. Long transmitted over vigils and stories, it now belongs to a fragile intangible heritage.
On the forecourt of the church of Flaxieu, a troop of acrobats settles to tell the jokes of Sarvan.
Between theater and puppets, ancient stories and contemporary perspective, this family show invites young and old to rediscover this figure of local folklore. In a festive and musical atmosphere, the Sarvan arises where we do not expect it, awakening imaginations and questioning the place that legends can still occupy in our world today.
A fantastic and facetious journey to revive, during the time of a representation, this local heritage.

In occasione delle Giornate Europee del Patrimonio 2026, organizzate sul tema nazionale "Patrimonio in pericolo", la compagnia La Pierre d'Amyon propone di far rivivere una figura sconosciuta del patrimonio immateriale del Bugey e dei paesi savoiardi: il Sarvan.
Creatura fantastica dei racconti popolari, il Sarvan è un essere semi-selvaggio, semi-domestico, a sua volta custode della casa e delle greggi, protettore... o temuto burlone. Per lungo tempo tramandato attraverso le veglie e i racconti, oggi appartiene a un patrimonio immateriale fragile.
Sul sagrato della chiesa di Flaxieu, un gruppo di sbanchi si stabilisce per raccontare le facezie del Sarvan.
Tra teatro e marionette, racconti antichi e sguardo contemporaneo, questo spettacolo familiare invita grandi e piccini a riscoprire questa figura del folklore locale. In un'atmosfera festosa e musicale, il Sarvan emerge dove non ci si aspetta, risvegliando gli immaginari e interrogando sul ruolo che ancora possono occupare le leggende nel nostro mondo di oggi.
Un viaggio fantastico e divertente per far rivivere, durante una rappresentazione, questo patrimonio locale.

À l’occasion des Journées Européennes du Patrimoine 2026, placées sous la thématique nationale « Patrimoine en péril », la compagnie La Pierre d’Amyon propose de faire revivre une figure méconnue du patrimoine immatériel du Bugey et des pays savoyards : le Sarvan.
Créature fantastique des récits populaires, le Sarvan est un être mi-sauvage, mi-domestique, tour à tour gardien du foyer et des troupeaux, protecteur… ou redoutable farceur. Longtemps transmis au fil des veillées et des récits, il appartient aujourd’hui à un patrimoine immatériel fragile.
Sur le parvis de l’église de Flaxieu, une troupe de saltimbanques s’installe pour raconter les facéties du Sarvan.
Entre théâtre et marionnettes, récits anciens et regard contemporain, ce spectacle familial invite petits et grands à redécouvrir cette figure du folklore local. Dans une ambiance festive et musicale, le Sarvan surgit là où on ne l’attend pas, réveillant les imaginaires et interrogeant la place que peuvent encore occuper les légendes dans notre monde d’aujourd’hui.
Un voyage fantastique et facétieux pour faire revivre, le temps d’une représentation, ce patrimoine local.

Con motivo de las Jornadas Europeas del Patrimonio 2026, organizadas bajo el tema nacional «Patrimonio en peligro», la compañía La Pierre d'Amyon propone revivir una figura desconocida del patrimonio inmaterial del Bugey y de los países saboyanos: el Sarvan.
Criatura fantástica de los relatos populares, el Sarvan es un ser medio salvaje, medio doméstico, a su vez guardián del hogar y de los rebaños, protector... o temible bromista. Transmitido durante mucho tiempo a través de veladas y relatos, hoy pertenece a un patrimonio inmaterial frágil.
En el atrio de la iglesia de Flaxieu, una tropa de saltimbandes se instala para contar las facetas del Sarvan.
Entre teatro y marionetas, relatos antiguos y mirada contemporánea, este espectáculo familiar invita a pequeños y mayores a redescubrir esta figura del folclore local. En un ambiente festivo y musical, el Sarvan aparece donde no se lo espera, despertando a los imaginarios y cuestionando el lugar que todavía pueden ocupar las leyendas en nuestro mundo de hoy.
Un viaje fantástico y divertido para revivir, durante una representación, este patrimonio local.
