Im Jahr 1826 fixierte der französische Ingenieur Nicéphore Niépce erstmals ein Bild auf einem Träger. Das Verfahren wurde zahlreichen Entwicklungen unterzogen, insbesondere von Louis Daguerre und den Gebrüdern Lumière, und das Material hat viele Verbesserungen erfahren, um zu dem zu gelangen, was wir heute kennen, aber die Fotografie war geboren.
Die Stadt Nogent-sur-Seine wollte sich in das Programm der überall in Frankreich organisierten Veranstaltungen 2026 und 2027 eintragen, um den 200. Jahrestag dieser Erfindung zu feiern. Diese Ausstellung, die die Festlichkeiten einleitet, erinnert an den Ursprung dieser Erfindung und ihre Entwicklungen, durch mehr als 100 Fotoapparate aus dem Gérard-Gouhier-Fonds und unveröffentlichte Aufnahmen, die vom Niépce-Museum in Chalon-sur-Saône und privaten Sammlern ausgeliehen wurden.

In 1826, the French engineer Nicéphore Niépce fixed for the first time an image on a support. The process went through many developments, notably with Louis Daguerre and the Lumière brothers, and the equipment underwent many improvements to arrive at what we know today, but photography was born.
The city of Nogent-sur-Seine wanted to join the program of activities organized throughout France in 2026 and 2027 to mark the bicentenary of this invention. This exhibition, which launches the festivities, recalls the origin of this invention and its evolution, through more than 100 cameras from the Gérard Gouhier collection and unpublished photographs lent by the Niépce museum in Chalon-sur-Saône and private collectors.

Il processo conobbe numerosi sviluppi, in particolare con Louis Daguerre e i fratelli Lumière, e l'attrezzatura subì molti miglioramenti per arrivare a quello che conosciamo oggi, ma la fotografia era nata.
La città di Nogent-sur-Seine ha voluto iscriversi al programma di eventi organizzati in tutta la Francia nel 2026 e 2027 per celebrare il bicentenario di questa invenzione. Questa mostra, che dà il via alle festività, ricorda l'origine di quest'invenzione e le sue evoluzioni, attraverso oltre 100 macchine fotografiche del fondo Gérard Gouhier e scatti inediti prestati dal museo Niépce di Chalon-sur-Saône e da collezionisti privati.

La ville de Nogent-sur-Seine a souhaité s’inscrire dans le programme d’animations organisées partout en France en 2026 et 2027 pour marquer le bicentenaire de cette invention. Cette exposition, qui lance les festivités, rappelle l’origine de cette invention et ses évolutions, au travers de plus de 100 appareils photographiques du fonds Gérard Gouhier et des clichés inédits prêtés par le musée Niépce de Chalon-sur-Saône et des collectionneurs privés.

La ciudad de Nogent-sur-Seine ha querido inscribirse en el programa de actividades organizadas en toda Francia en 2026 y 2027 para conmemorar el bicentenario de este invento. Esta exposición, que inaugura las festividades, recuerda el origen de esta invención y sus evoluciones, a través de más de 100 cámaras fotográficas del fondo Gérard Gouhier y de fotografías inéditas prestadas por el museo Niépce de Chalon-sur-Saône y coleccionistas privados.
