Wie kann man eine alte Kindertagesstätte in 28 Wohnungen umwandeln?
Vor den Toren von Bordeaux zeigt Ihnen die Agentur whyarchitecture ihre Antwort, die auf dem Bestehenden aufbaut und neue Nutzungen unterstützt. Als Alternative zum systematischen Abriss folgt die Intervention einer Logik der Ressourceneinsparung, des Schutzes der umliegenden städtischen Landschaft und der Begrenzung der Umweltauswirkungen. All dies ohne diejenigen zu vergessen, die dort wohnen werden, indem sie gemeinsame Landschaftsräume zum Wohle des gemeinsamen Lebens einrichten.

How to transform an old nursery into 28 units?
At the gates of Bordeaux, the agency whyarchitecture makes you discover their answer which is based on the existing and becomes support for new uses. Offering an alternative to systematic demolition, the intervention is part of a logic of economy of means, preservation of the surrounding urban landscape, and limitation of environmental impact. Alle porte di Bordeaux, l'agenzia whyarchitecture vi fa scoprire la loro risposta che si basa sull'esistente e diventa supporto per nuovi usi. Offrendo un'alternativa alla demolizione sistematica, l'intervento si inserisce in una logica di risparmio dei mezzi, di conservazione del paesaggio urbano circostante e di limitazione dell'impatto ambientale. A las puertas de Burdeos, la agencia whyarchitecture le hace descubrir su respuesta que se basa en lo existente y se convierte en un soporte para nuevos usos. Al ofrecer una alternativa a la demolición sistemática, la intervención se inscribe en una lógica de ahorro de medios, de preservación del paisaje urbano circundante y de limitación del impacto ambiental.
