Es war im Jahr 1872, dass die Kongregation der Kleinen Schwestern der Armen erwarb ein bemerkenswertes Gebäude im Vorort, wo sie ein Hospiz "zur Linderung der alten und unheilbaren Armen" errichtete, bevor sie 1889 eine Kapelle bauen ließ. Im Jahr 1948 an die Stadt verkauft, beherbergten die Gebäude dann die Krankenhauswerke des Malteserordens, dann ein spezialisiertes Aufnahmehaus (MAS).
Dieses Ensemble wurde gerade erst renoviert, um es dort zu installieren. Wohnungen, Seniorenresidenz, kleines Mehrfamilienhaus ; eine Umgestaltung, die zu einem zeitgenössischen architektonischen Eingriff führt und gleichzeitig das Erbe des 19. und 20. Jahrhunderts bestmöglich respektiert.

It was in 1872 that the Congregation of the Little Sisters of the Poor acquired a remarkable building in the suburb, where she established a hospice "for the relief of old people and incurable poor", before having a chapel built there in 1889. Sold to the City in 1948, the buildings then welcomed the hospital works of the Order of Malta and then a specialized reception house (MAS).
This set has just been the subject of work to install it apartments, senior residence, small collective building ; a reconversion that leads to a contemporary architectural intervention while respecting as best as possible the heritage heritage of the 19th and 20th centuries.

È nel 1872 che la congregazione delle Piccole Suore dei Poveri acquistò un notevole edificio del sobborgo, dove istituì un ospizio "per il sollievo degli anziani e dei poveri incurabili", prima di costruirvi una cappella nel 1889. Venduti alla città nel 1948, gli edifici ospitano poi i opere ospedaliere dell'Ordine di Malta poi una Casa di accoglienza specializzata (MAS).
Questo insieme è stato appena oggetto di lavori per installarvi alloggi, residenza per anziani, piccolo edificio collettivo ; una riconversione che induce un intervento architettonico contemporaneo rispettando al meglio l'eredità patrimoniale del XIX e del XX secolo.

C'est en 1872 que la congrégation des Petites Sœurs des Pauvres fait l’acquisition d’un bâtiment remarquable du faubourg, où elle établit un hospice « pour le soulagement des vieillards et des incurables pauvres », avant d'y faire construire une chapelle, en 1889. Vendus à la Ville en 1948, les bâtiments accueillent ensuite les œuvres hospitalières de l’ordre de Malte puis une Maison d’accueil spécialisé (MAS).
Cet ensemble vient de faire l'objet de travaux pour y installer logements, résidence séniors, petit immeuble collectif ; une reconversion qui induit une intervention architecturale contemporaine tout en respectant au mieux l'héritage patrimonial des 19ème et du 20ème siècles.

Vendidos a la ciudad en 1948, los edificios albergan después a los obras hospitalarias de la Orden de Malta y después una casa de acogida especializada (MAS).
Este conjunto acaba de ser objeto de obras para instalarlo viviendas, residencias de ancianos, pequeño edificio colectivo ; una reconversión que induce a una intervención arquitectónica contemporánea respetando al máximo el patrimonio patrimonial de los siglos XIX y XX.
