Die Villa Arson befindet sich in einer bemerkenswerten Lage auf dem Hügel von Saint-Barthélemy und bietet einen außergewöhnlichen Blick über die Stadt Nizza und die Baie des Anges. Bestehend aus einem Gebäude aus dem 18. Jahrhundert und neueren Gebäuden, ein Werk des Architekten Michel Marot (1926-2021), ist das Ensemble unter den historischen Denkmälern eingetragen. Es ist mit zeitgenössischen Gärten und jahrhundertealten Bäumen geschmückt. Heute beherbergt es eine nationale Hochschule für Kunst, ein Zentrum für zeitgenössische Kunst, Künstlerresidenzen und eine spezialisierte Bibliothek. Unter der Aufsicht des Kulturministeriums steht die von André Malraux in den 1960er Jahren entworfene Einrichtung, die auch ein Bestandteil der Universität Côte d'Azur (UniCA) ist.
Es werden zwei Besuchssitzungen angeboten:
-eine Besichtigung um 14:30 Uhr
-eine Besichtigung um 16:30 Uhr
Die Anmeldung ist verpflichtend.

Villa Arson occupies a remarkable site on the hill of Saint-Barthélemy, offering an exceptional panorama over the city of Nice and the Bay of Angels. Composed of an 18th-century building and more recent buildings, the work of architect Michel Marot (1926-2021), the whole is listed as a historical monument. It is embellished with contemporary gardens and multi-centenary trees. It now houses a national art school, a contemporary art center, artists' residences and a specialized library. Placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture, the establishment, imagined by André Malraux in the 1960s, is also a component of the University Côte d'Azur (UniCA).
Two visiting sessions are proposed:
-a visit at 2:30 p.m.
-a visit at 4:30 p.m.
Registration is mandatory.

La Villa Arson occupa un sito notevole sulla collina di Saint-Barthélemy, che offre una vista eccezionale sulla città di Nizza e la Baia degli Angeli. Composto da un edificio del XVIII secolo e da edifici più recenti, opera dell'architetto Michel Marot (1926-2021), il complesso è iscritto nei Monumenti Storici. È arricchito da giardini contemporanei e alberi multisecolari. Oggi ospita una scuola nazionale superiore d'arte, un centro d'arte contemporanea, residenze di artisti e una biblioteca specializzata. Posto sotto la tutela del Ministero della Cultura, l'istituto, ideato da André Malraux negli anni 1960, è anche una componente dell'Università Côte d'Azur (UniCA).
Sono proposte due sessioni di visita:

La Villa Arson occupe un site remarquable sur la colline Saint-Barthélemy, offrant un panorama exceptionnel sur la ville de Nice et la baie des Anges. Composé d’une bâtisse du XVIIIe siècle et de bâtiments plus récents, œuvre de l’architecte Michel Marot (1926-2021), l’ensemble est inscrit aux Monuments Historiques. Il est agrémenté de jardins contemporains et d’arbres multi centenaires. Il abrite aujourd’hui une école nationale supérieure d’art, un centre d’art contemporain, des résidences d’artistes et une bibliothèque spécialisée. Placé sous la tutelle du ministère de la Culture, l’établissement, imaginé par André Malraux dans les années 1960, est également une composante de l’Université Côte d’Azur (UniCA).
