Die Gemeinde erwarb das Stadthaus 1785 von der Familie Noblat und Kléber (zukünftiger General) wurde beauftragt, die Umwandlung in ein Rathaus zu untersuchen. Die Außenfassade und der Kléber-Saal behalten bis heute ihr ursprüngliches Aussehen. Die Ehrenhalle wurde 1810 realisiert. Heute befinden sich hier fünf Gemälde, die die großen Etappen der Geschichte von Belfort darstellen.

The municipality acquired this mansion in 1785 from the Noblat family and Kléber (future general) was charged with studying its transformation into a town hall. The exterior façade and the Kléber Hall still retain their original appearance. The Hall of Honour was built in 1810. Today, there are five paintings that trace the major milestones in the history of Belfort.

La municipalità acquisì questo palazzo nel 1785 dalla famiglia Noblat e Kléber (futuro generale) fu incaricato di studiarne la trasformazione in municipio. La facciata esterna e la sala Kléber conservano ancora oggi il loro aspetto originale. La Sala d'Onore è realizzata nel 1810. Oggi vi si trovano cinque dipinti che ripercorrono le grandi tappe della storia di Belfort.

À l’occasion des Journées européennes du patrimoine, venez visiter l'Hôtel de ville de Belfort.
La municipalité acquiert cet hôtel particulier en 1785 auprès de la famille Noblat. Kléber, futur général, est chargé d’en étudier la transformation en hôtel de ville. La façade extérieure et la salle Kléber gardent encore aujourd’hui leur aspect d’origine. La salle d’Honneur est réalisée en 1810. On y trouve aujourd’hui cinq tableaux qui retracent les grandes étapes de l’histoire de Belfort.
