Die 1862 erbaute ehemalige Synagoge wurde 2013 restauriert und ist heute ein kulturelles und pädagogisches Zentrum für jüdische Geschichte, Erinnerung und Kultur, aber auch für das Bewusstsein für die Rolle der Gerechten im Zweiten Weltkrieg. Eineinhalb Jahrhunderte Geschichte sind diesem einzigartigen Ort Clermont-Ferrand zugeordnet, der an das Shoah-Memorial angegliedert ist.
