Im Garten des Museums lassen Sie sich von einfachen Atemübungen, Aufmerksamkeitsübungen und sanften Bewegungen leiten. Diese Meditation lädt Sie ein, langsamer zu werden, sich im Hier und Jetzt zu verwurzeln und sich der Ruhe des Ortes im Herzen der Natur zu öffnen. Gedacht als eine beruhigende Pause, bietet die Sitzung Zeit, sich neu zu fokussieren, auf sich selbst und andere zu hören und ein Gefühl der Ruhe und des Teilens im Herzen des Gartens zu kultivieren.

Die Workshops zur Entdeckung der Sufi-Meditation im Museum of Soufis Art and Culture MTO® werden von Lehrerinnen dieser sanften Disziplin geleitet. Sie wurden nach der Tamarkoz®-Methode ausgebildet und bringen ihre Erfahrung und ihr Fachwissen ein, um dem Publikum einen Moment der Entspannung zu bieten, abseits von Zeit und alltäglichen Sorgen.

In the garden of the museum, let yourself be guided by simple exercises of breathing, attention and gentle movements. This meditation invites you to slow down, to anchor yourself in the present moment and to open yourself to the serenity of the place, at the heart of nature. Thought as a soothing parenthesis, the session offers time to refocus, be attentive to oneself and others, and cultivate a sense of calm and sharing in the heart of the garden.
No prerequisites. Accessible to all.
The workshops to discover Sufi meditation at the MTO® Museum of Sufi Art and Culture are led by instructors from this gentle discipline. Trained according to the Tamarkoz®method, they bring their experience and expertise to offer the public a moment of relaxation, away from time and everyday concerns.

Nel giardino del museo, lasciati guidare da semplici esercizi di respirazione, attenzione e movimenti delicati. Questa meditazione vi invita a rallentare, ad ancorarvi al momento presente e ad aprirvi alla serenità del luogo, nel cuore della natura. Pensata come una parentesi rilassante, la seduta offre un momento per rifocalizzarsi, ascoltare se stessi e gli altri, e coltivare un senso di calma e condivisione nel cuore del giardino.
