Church built almost entirely in white stones, apart from the front turrets and some brick fittings, was mostly built in the 16th (choir and base of the donjon) and in the 17th century (nave and upper parts of the donjon). The keep-bell tower is reinforced with two corbelled turrets, and rests on a porch, with blocked side openings. The nave is equipped to the south with a chapel forming a transept crossing and presenting two pepperboxes. On the south side of the nave in symmetry with the lateral chapel, another cylindrical tower accosts the gutter wall. The building presents a great stylistic homogeneity despite the various construction campaigns that characterize it. Several phases of fortification are juxtaposed, from the relatively symbolic defensive elements of the side chapel to the turrets of the donjon-porch, testifying to ultimate fortifications (17th century) that bring this building closer to other Thiérachian churches more northerly (Macquigny, Fontaine-les-Vervins).
