Entdecken Sie anlässlich der Rendez-vous aux jardins den geheimen Garten der grünen Fee, in dem die für die Herstellung von Absinth verwendeten Pflanzen (Stauden) vorgestellt werden: Engelwurz, Fenchel, Zitronenmelisse, Pfefferminze, Veronika, Koriander, dazu kleine und grosse Absinthe sowie eine Sammlung von Beifußgewächsen.
Anfang Juni sind die Gartenpflanzen kräftig. Es ist die Zeit des Jahres, in der sie ihre Blätter und Düfte am großzügigsten anbieten.
Sie werden auch die Schalotten entdecken, in denen die Pflanzen nach der Ernte im Sommer für die spätere Destillation getrocknet werden. Oder das Insektenhotel und seine «Mieter» und deren Nutzen im Kampf gegen Blattläuse, zum Beispiel.
Sie können auch Absinth probieren. Ein Ritual, das die Sinne ebenso schärft wie den Gaumen.
Der Besuch des Geheimen Gartens der Grünen Fee bedeutet, sich in das Know-how zur Herstellung von Absinth zu vertiefen.

During the Rendez-vous aux jardins, come and discover the secret garden of the Green Fairy, which presents the plants (perennials) used for the production of absinthe: angelica, fennel, lemon melissa, peppermint, veronique, coriander, not to mention small and large absinthes, as well as a collection of sage.
Early June, the garden plants are vigorous. This is the time of year when they offer their foliage and scents with the greatest generosity.
You will also discover the shallot in which plants are dried after harvest in summer, for future distillation. Or the insect hotel and its “tenants” and their beneficial effects in the fight against aphids, for example.
You can also taste absinthe. A ritual that sharpens both the senses and the taste buds.

In occasione dei Rendez-vous aux jardins, venite a scoprire il giardino segreto della fata verde, che presenta le piante (perenni) utilizzate per la produzione di assenzio: angelica, finocchio, melissa al limone, menta peperita, veronice, coriandolo, senza dimenticare le piccole e grandi assenzie, così come una collezione di artemisia.
All'inizio di giugno le piante del giardino sono vigorose. È il periodo dell'anno in cui offrono con maggior generosità le loro foglie e i loro profumi.
Scoprirete anche lo scalogno in cui le piante vengono essiccate dopo il raccolto estivo, per la distillazione futura. Oppure l'albergo a insetti e i suoi «inquilini» e i loro effetti benefici nella lotta contro gli afidi, per esempio.
Potrete anche assaggiare l'assenzio. Un rituale che affina i sensi tanto quanto le papille gustative.

À l’occasion des Rendez-vous aux jardins, venez découvrir le Jardin Secret de la Fée Verte, qui présente les plantes (vivaces) utilisées pour la production d’absinthe : angélique, fenouil, mélisse citronnée, menthe poivrée, véronique, coriandre, sans oublier les petites et grandes absinthes, ainsi qu’une collection d’armoises.
Début juin, les plantes du jardin sont vigoureuses. C’est la période de l’année où elles offrent avec le plus de générosité leurs feuillages et leurs senteurs.
Vous découvrirez aussi le chalot dans lequel sèchent les plantes après récolte en été, en vue de la distillation future. Ou encore l’hôtel à insectes et ses « locataires » et leurs effets bénéfices dans la lutte contre les pucerons, par exemple.
Vous pourrez aussi déguster de l’absinthe. Un rituel qui aiguise les sens autant que les papilles. Tout le week-end, dégustation de nos absinthes à la distillerie Paul Devoille, attenante au jardin.

En el marco de los Rendez-vous aux jardins, descubra el Jardín secreto del Hada Verde, que presenta las plantas (perennes) utilizadas para la producción de absenta: angélica, hinojo, melisa citroneada, menta, verónica, Cilantro, sin olvidar los pequeños y grandes absintos, así como una colección de artemisa.
A principios de junio, las plantas del jardín son vigorosas. Es la época del año en que ofrecen con mayor generosidad sus follajes y sus aromas.
