Entdecken Sie ein unerwartetes architektonisches Erbe voller alter Geschichte, eingebettet in eine geschützte Umgebung. In einem ehemaligen Kloster aus dem 9. Jahrhundert untergebracht, ist die Ökologie-Bibliothek heute ein lebendiges Erbe, das wir als echten Schatz schützen möchten.
Im Laufe des Tages werden wir folgende Punkte hervorheben:
- Besichtigungen des historischen Gebäudes, das von einer reichen Vergangenheit zeugt, die heute durch die Zeit geschwächt ist.
- Eine Fotoausstellung, die den letzten Bewohnern des Weingutes gewidmet ist, einer wertvollen Erinnerung an ein sich wandelndes Gebiet.
- Die Entdeckung von alten Gartentechniken, die im Lichte der aktuellen Praktiken in der Agroökologie neu interpretiert werden.
Dieses landwirtschaftliche Erbe, das sich in einer Übergangsphase befindet, lädt uns ein, unsere Anbaumethoden angesichts der Herausforderungen des Klimawandels und des Verlusts der biologischen Vielfalt zu überdenken.

Come and discover an unsuspected architectural heritage, full of ancient history, nestled in the heart of a preserved environment. Housed in a former monastery of the 9th century, the Ecolothèque is today a living heritage that we are careful to protect as a true treasure.
Throughout the day, we will highlight:
- Visits to the historic building, bearing witness to a rich past, now weakened by time.
- A photographic exhibition devoted to the last inhabitants of the vineyard, precious memory of a territory in mutation.
- The discovery of ancestral gardening techniques, revisited in light of current practices in agroecology.
This agricultural heritage, in full transition, invites us to rethink our ways of cultivating in the face of the challenges of climate change and the decline in biodiversity.

Venite a scoprire un patrimonio architettonico inaspettato, carico di una storia antica, immerso in un ambiente preservato. Situata in un antico monastero del IX secolo, l'Ecoloteca è oggi un patrimonio vivente che cerchiamo di proteggere come un vero tesoro.
Nel corso della giornata, renderemo omaggio a:
- Visite dell'edificio storico, testimonianza di un passato ricco, oggi indebolito dal tempo.
- Una mostra fotografica dedicata agli ultimi abitanti della tenuta, memoria preziosa di un territorio in trasformazione.
- La scoperta di tecniche ancestrali di giardinaggio, rivisitate alla luce delle pratiche attuali in agroecologia.
Questo patrimonio agricolo, in piena transizione, ci invita a ripensare i nostri modi di coltivare di fronte alle sfide del cambiamento climatico e della perdita di biodiversità.

Venez découvrir un patrimoine architectural insoupçonné, chargé d’une histoire ancienne, niché au cœur d’un environnement préservé. Installée dans un ancien monastère du IXe siècle, l’Écolothèque est aujourd’hui un patrimoine vivant que nous veillons à protéger comme un véritable trésor.
Tout au long de la journée, nous mettrons à l’honneur :
Des visites du bâtiment historique, témoignant d’un passé riche, aujourd’hui fragilisé par le temps.
Une exposition photographique consacrée aux derniers habitants du domaine viticole, mémoire précieuse d’un territoire en mutation.
La découverte de techniques ancestrales de jardinage, revisitées à la lumière des pratiques actuelles en agroécologie.
Ce patrimoine agricole, en pleine transition, nous invite à repenser nos façons de cultiver face aux défis du changement climatique et de la baisse de la biodiversité.
