Die Moschee, ein Raum der Spiritualität und des Unterrichts, ist auch ein Ort des Lebens und der Kultur, eine Quelle fruchtbarer Verflechtungen. Im Juli 1981 eingeweiht, ist die Große Moschee von Mantes durch einen nüchternen neo-maurischen Stil gekennzeichnet, der das Ergebnis der Zusammenarbeit zweier Architekten ist, einem französischen und dem anderen marokkanischen. Es ist eines der ersten Gebäude in Frankreich, das dem muslimischen Kult gewidmet war.
Ihnen wird eine kommentierte Besichtigung angeboten, die durch einen Austausch bei einem Minztee und maghrebischem Gebäck verlängert wird.
Entdecken Sie die Mosaike aus der Manufaktur von Briare im Loiret, einer Referenz in der industriellen Kunst, die von einem speziell aus Marokko kommenden Meister-Handwerker aufgestellt wurden. Sie werden das Kirchenschiff überqueren, um auf Höhe des Mihrab, einer Nische in Richtung Mekka, und der Minbar zu gelangen, eine geschnitzte hölzerne Kanzel, die beim Freitagsgebet verwendet wird.

The mosque, a space of spirituality and instruction, is also a place of life and culture, source of fertile interlacing. Inaugurated in July 1981, the Great Mosque of Mantes is characterized by a sober neo-Moresque style, fruit of the collaboration of two architects, one French, the other Moroccan. It is one of the first buildings in France built, dedicated to Muslim worship.
A guided tour is offered, followed by an exchange over mint tea and Maghrebi pastries.
Come and discover the mosaics from the factory of Briare in the Loiret, reference in industrial art, laid by a master craftsman coming especially from Morocco. You will cross the nave to arrive at the mihrab, niche oriented towards Mecca, and the minbar, carved wooden pulpit used during the Friday prayer.
A calligrapher, present among us, will draw your name in Arabic letters. You will thus keep a memory of your visit to the Great Mosque of Mantes.

La Moschea, spazio di spiritualità e di istruzione, è anche luogo di vita e di cultura, fonte di fecondi intrecci. Inaugurata nel luglio 1981, la Grande Moschea di Mantes è caratterizzata da un sobrio stile neo-moresco, frutto della collaborazione tra due architetti, uno francese e l'altro marocchino. È uno dei primi edifici costruiti in Francia, dedicato al culto musulmano.
Vi viene proposta una visita commentata, prolungata da uno scambio intorno a un tè alla menta e dolci magrebini.
Venite a scoprire i mosaici provenienti dalla manifattura di Briare nel Loiret, riferimento in materia d'arte industriale, posati da un maestro artigiano venuto specialmente dal Marocco. Attraverserete la navata principale per arrivare all'altezza del mihrab, nicchia orientata verso la Mecca, e del minbar, il divano in legno scolpito utilizzato durante la preghiera del venerdì.

La Mosquée, espace de spiritualité et d'instruction, est aussi un lieu de vie et de culture, source de féconds entrelacs. Inaugurée en juillet 1981, la Grande Mosquée de Mantes se caractérise par un style néo-mauresque sobre, fruit de la collaboration de deux architectes, l’un français, l’autre marocain. Elle est l'un des premiers édifices de France construit, dédié au culte musulman.
Une visite commentée vous est proposée, prolongée par un échange autour d’un thé à la menthe et de pâtisseries maghrébines.
Venez découvrir les mosaïques provenant de la manufacture de Briare dans le Loiret, référence en matière d’art industriel, posées par un maître-artisan venu spécialement du Maroc. Vous traverserez la nef pour arriver à hauteur du mihrab, niche orientée en direction de La Mecque, et du minbar, chaire en bois sculpté utilisée lors de la prière du vendredi.
Un calligraphe, présent parmi nous, dessinera votre prénom en lettres arabes. Vous garderez ainsi un souvenir de votre passage à la Grande Mosquée de Mantes.

Inaugurada en julio de 1981, la Gran Mezquita de Mantes se caracteriza por un sobrio estilo neomorisco, fruto de la colaboración de dos arquitectos, uno francés y otro marroquí. Es uno de los primeros edificios construidos en Francia, dedicado al culto musulmán.
Se propone una visita comentada, prolongada por un intercambio alrededor de un té de menta y pasteles magrebíes.
Venga a descubrir los mosaicos procedentes de la fábrica de Briare en el Loiret, referencia en materia de arte industrial, colocados por un maestro artesano que vino especialmente de Marruecos. Cruzaremos la nave para llegar a la altura del mihrab, nicho orientado hacia la Meca, y del minbar, sillón de madera tallada utilizado durante la oración del viernes.
