Couvent des Annonciades Célestes
22 Avenue Irma Masson, 52300 Joinville
Former monastery of Benedictines (1555 - 1792), then of Celestial Annunciations (1840 - 1975). The buildings were rebuilt in 1760, while modifications were made in the mid-19th century to accommodate the Celestial Annunciations.
The visit allows the discovery of a part of the two main wings: monumental staircase, old refectory, old infirmary and vaulted room with central pillar. Outside, one can admire the oratory of the Celestial Annunciations, as well as the remains of the vivier.
