We invite you to come discover the Louis Dupont Family Estate for a visit argued on the manufacture of Norman cider products, a visit specially created for the Heritage Day. The guide will explain the elaboration of ciders and calvados from its creation several centuries ago until today. The anecdotes and history of the family farm will be transmitted to you by our guide. The visit will start with our orchards, our press and our fermentation cellar and then with our distillery and our ageing cellar, the part of the angels will have no more secrets for you. The visit will end with a tasting in store of two ciders, 1 pommel and 1 calvados.

The Domaine Famille Dupont extends over 30 hectares of orchards in Normandy, in the heart of the Pays d'Auge. The activity of the estate is the production of ciders, pommeau and calvados.For more than 25 years, the Estate has been resolutely committed to a quality approach. Inspired by the best techniques used for cognac and grands crus, Etienne Dupont studied, experimented, refined his techniques to reach the level of elegance and expression of the best wines.
Some of these techniques, such as manual sorting of apples or working with an oenologist, are rarely encountered in the production of cider. As with wine, the quality of apples remains the essential preliminary step. The cidrification then only exalts the expression of the apple and its terroir.
