For the European Heritage Days, the Chemins du Mont-Saint-Michel are on display:
"For centuries, thousands of pilgrims of various origins flocked to Mont-Saint-Michel, weaving a dense network of routes called the Chemin montais.
It is these ancient roads, rich in history and testimony, that the Association Les Chemins du Mont-Saint-Michel is working today to find, rehabilitate and restore to the public.
By making them accessible to different modes of hiking, the Association intends to offer all those who will follow in the footsteps of pilgrims, a new approach to the famous monument."
