Die ehemalige CAL-Fabrik (Camilli, Albert und Laloue) wurde Anfang 1900 errichtet und betrieb bis in die späten 1990er Jahre die Produktion von Düften und Aromen.
Die SCI l'USINE erwarb es im Jahr 2000.
Die Besonderheit der Räume hat es ermöglicht, vielfältige Nutzungen aufzunehmen: Künstler, Architekten, Bauherren, Planungsbüros, Wohnungen, soziale, pädagogische und künstlerische Vereinigungen leben dort heute zusammen.
Seit über 25 Jahren arbeiten SCI l'USINE und die Ateliers Lorin gemeinsam an der Sanierung dieses Standorts. Anlässlich der JNA 2026 bieten sie an, deren Geschichte auszustellen, verschiedene Räumlichkeiten zu besichtigen und einige von der Agentur durchgeführte Sanierungsarbeiten vorzustellen.

The former CAL factory (Camilli, Albert and Laloue) was built at the beginning of 1900, it ensured a production in the field of perfumes and aromas until the end of the 1990s.
The SCI l'USINE acquired it in 2000.
The particularity of the spaces has allowed the reception of multiple uses: artists, architects, builders, design offices, housing, social, educational and artistic associations now cohabit there.
For more than 25 years, SCI l'USINE and the Ateliers Lorin have been working together to rehabilitate this site. On the occasion of JNA 2026, they propose to expose its history, to visit various premises and to present some rehabilitation work carried out by the agency.

La vecchia fabbrica CAL (Camilli, Albert e Laloue) è stata costruita all'inizio del 1900, ed ha garantito una produzione nel settore dei profumi e degli aromi fino alla fine degli anni '90.
La SCI l'USINE lo ha acquistato nel 2000.
La particolarità degli spazi ha permesso l'accoglienza di molteplici usi: artisti, architetti, costruttori, studi, abitazioni, associazioni sociali, educative e artistiche, che ora vi convivono.
Da oltre 25 anni, la SCI l'USINE e gli Ateliers Lorin lavorano insieme per il risanamento di questo sito. In occasione della JNA 2026, si propone di esporre la sua storia, far visitare diversi locali e presentare alcuni lavori di riabilitazione realizzati dall'agenzia.

L’ancienne usine CAL (Camilli, Albert et Laloue) a été bâtie début 1900, elle a assuré une production dans le domaine des parfums et des arômes jusqu’à la fin des années 1990.
La SCI l’USINE en a fait l’acquisition en 2000.
La particularité des espaces a permis l’accueil de multiples usages, artistes, architectes, constructeurs, bureau d’études, logements, associations sociale, éducative et artistique, y cohabitent à présent.
Depuis plus de 25 ans, la SCI l’USINE et les Ateliers Lorin travaillent de concert à la réhabilitation de ce site. A l’occasion des JNA 2026, ils proposent d’en exposer l’historique, de faire visiter différents locaux et de présenter quelques travaux de réhabilitation réalisés par l’agence.

La antigua fábrica CAL (Camilli, Albert y Laloue) fue construida a principios de 1900, se encargó de la producción en el ámbito de los perfumes y aromas hasta finales de los años 1990.
La SCI l'USINE lo adquirió en 2000.
La particularidad de los espacios ha permitido el alojamiento de múltiples usos, artistas, arquitectos, constructores, oficina de estudios, viviendas, asociaciones sociales, educativas y artísticas conviven en la actualidad.
Desde hace más de 25 años, la SCI l'USINE y los Ateliers Lorin trabajan juntos en la rehabilitación de este sitio. Con motivo del JNA 2026, proponen exponer su historia, hacer visitar diferentes locales y presentar algunos trabajos de rehabilitación realizados por la agencia.
