Entworfen vom Architekten Patrice Simon, wurde es um zeitgenössische Architekturen erweitert und nimmt einen Standort ein, der andere Spuren der Vergangenheit beibehält (Strandvilla, Bunker...). Die Konferenz, die sich auf das Werk von Patrice Simon ausweitet, wird gefolgt von einem Besuch der Einrichtung.
