The Stoltz building is undergoing an energy renovation as part of the territory’s first Global Performance Contract (MGP), which includes three atypical sites in the city. Visit this office building, inseparable from the urban landscape of the Bourse district. Emblematic of the constructions of the 1950s, it has seen its initial architectural framework attenuated over the course of transformations. The restoration of the initial structure of the building will bring contrast and clarity, while energy renovation will improve its performance, notably by installing thermal insulation and creating a green patio.
