Durch die GIE La Ville autrement und die verschiedenen Architekten des Viertels
Das im Jahr 2020 mit der Einführung mobiler und modularer Lebensräume gestartete Projekt l'Autre Soie lieferte 2023 seine ersten Lose mit dem vollständig renovierten Patrimonialgebäude und dem Konzertsaal La Rayonne aus. Anfang 2024 nimmt das Programm für den sozialen Wohnungsbau L'Autre Toit seine ersten Bewohner auf. In den Jahren 2025 und 2026 wurden die Wohnungen von L'Eventail und La Passerelle sowie die Büros aus dem Boden geräumt. Durch diesen architektonischen Rundgang, der von den verschiedenen Meisterwerken geleitet wird, entdecken Sie ein kleines Stück Stadt, das auf Gastfreundschaft und dem Kollektiv basiert.

Started in 2020 with the arrival of mobile and modular habitats, the l'Autre Soie project delivers its first batches in 2023 with the completely renovated heritage building and the La Rayonne concert hall. In early 2024, the social housing program The Other Roof welcomes its first residents. In 2025 and 2026, the housing units of L'Eventail and La Passerelle as well as the offices are coming out of the ground. Through this architectural walk led by the different masters of work, discover a small piece of city based on hospitality and collective.

Dal GIE La città diversamente e dai diversi architetti del quartiere
Avviato nel 2020 con l'arrivo degli habitat mobili e modulari, il progetto L'Altra Seta consegna i suoi primi lotti nel 2023 con l'edificio storico completamente rinnovato e la sala da concerto La Rayonne. All'inizio del 2024, il programma di alloggi in accesso sociale L'Autre Toit accoglie i suoi primi abitanti. Nel 2025 e nel 2026, le abitazioni di L'Eventail e di La Passerelle e gli uffici escono dalla terra. Attraverso questa passeggiata architettonica guidata da diversi maestri d'arte, scopri un piccolo pezzo di città fondata sull'ospitalità e il collettivo.

Début 2024, le programme de logements en accession sociale L'Autre Toit accueille ses premiers habitants. En 2025 et 2026, les logements de L'Eventail et de La Passerelle ainsi que les bureaux sortent de terre. A travers cette balade architecturale menée par les différentes maitrises d'oeuvre, découvrez de petit morceau de ville fondé sur l'hospitalité et le collectif.

Por el GIE La ciudad de otra manera y los diferentes arquitectos del barrio
Iniciado en 2020 con la llegada de los hábitats móviles y modulares, el proyecto de l'Autre Soie entrega sus primeros lotes en 2023 con el edificio patrimonial totalmente renovado y la sala de conciertos La Rayonne. A principios de 2024, el programa de viviendas en acceso social El otro techo acoge a sus primeros habitantes. En 2025 y 2026, las viviendas de L'Eventail y La Passerelle, así como las oficinas, salieron del suelo. A través de este paseo arquitectónico llevado a cabo por los diferentes maestros de obra, descubra un pequeño pedazo de ciudad basada en la hospitalidad y el colectivo.
