The former SAFT industrial wasteland is now home to the ‘Usine des Transitions’ initiative supported by Est Ensemble and the EPFIF. At the heart of this ecosystem of players in the circular economy and SSE, most of whom are supported by the Île-de-France Region, the Compagnons Bâtisseurs and Atelier R-ARE run activities involving the reuse of building materials: a shared platform for the reuse of site materials and a workshop for the recovery of wood waste. This is an ideal place to take part in local synergies and share materials and technical tools.
The visit is organised by the Île-de-France Region's Circular Economy and Waste Department:

• 16:30: Introductory speeches (Région IDF, EPT Est Ensemble)

• 16:45: Presentation of the activity and visit to the Atelier R-ARE workshop

• 17:15: Presentation of the activity and visit to the Compagnons Bâtisseurs workshop

• 18:00: End of the visit
