Visit to the La Balise site

Renovate rather than demolish
Visit La Balise and discover how former industrial halls, bought by Bellevilles and Halage, have been transformed into a flexible working ecosystem, using reused materials sourced within a maximum 50 km radius.
The intrinsic qualities of the site have been optimised, with a load-bearing structure that creates generous volumes, natural light and two-way access. The building has been preserved and carefully renovated to preserve its industrial identity and memory.
At the end of this visit, you can also discover the PHARES (Pôle d'Hospitalité aux Activités à Rayonnement Écologique et Solidaire), a neighbouring site currently being expanded. The project aims to set an example by demonstrating the expertise of sustainable construction players, particularly in the field of materials recycling, and by mobilising players in the social economy in this field.
The visit is organised by the Île-de-France Region's Circular Economy and Waste Department.
