Colloquium "Public law and heritage – the role of the Council of State"
From(Since) the beginning of 1980s, the public policies of protection as of restoration(catering) made the object of publications and the distribution(broadcasting) of knowledge, the public awareness and its education widely progressed.
This phenomenon concerns the whole Europe.
The Committes of History of the Ministry of Culture and of the Council of State wanted better to know, on long term, process of edification of the right(law) of heritage, beyond the role of politicians and of administration of culture. The writing of this right(law) was made in dialogue with different jurisdictions and notices and decisions of the Council of State contributed to the construction of a doctrine. So the project of colloquium of March 16th and 17th, 2018 was born which joins objectives of the European Year of heritage.
Our common will to explore heritage as source(spring) of knowledge, to develop a preliminary research program on the role of the Council of State in patrimonial protection, leads us to enlarge our partnerships. In house first, by the call(appeal) to all the cultural actors who work in the field of study, of protection and of restoration(catering). But also by our common reflexion with the historians of the right(law) and the jurists specialists of these questions, so tackled(approached) under this particular(special) angle. New networks so are establishing(constituting). International dimension(size) will be present: European, Italian, English participants(speakers), maybe German, will confront their experiences(experiments) with ours and enrich our knowledge of the processes of legislative and regulation construction of our neighbours.
Final purpose is to publish the results(profits) of these works. These address the most various public, the professionals of heritage first, but also and especially, the students, the teachers and the "new" or "big("great) « said public who is passionate about patrimonial questions.
