La Pastourelle a inscrit dans son répertoire la plupart des vieilles danses du Rouergue dont un certain nombre sont encore pratiquées lors des fêtes de villages : polkas, scottishs, valses et bien sûr bourrées. Un bon moment ne fa passar dos de missants- pour faire passer les mauvais.
