Created more than forty years ago on a meadow, the mountain garden between pasture and forest has evolved with cultural practices, in an approach of permanent biological and ecological research. It was thus possible to considerably enrich the plant richness, despite the very limited availability of water. Vegetables and flowers grow in symbiosis with a soil cover. Nearby, an edible forest is being developed.
