MASQ, dreamlike piece designed as an invitation to travel, is a plastic show that will take you to discover other modes of expression.
The main supports of the piece are masks-costumes, which live and transform sometimes into characters, sometimes into elements of decor, thus creating a universe and fantastic situations in perpetual evolution.
We explore here the body that slips away, its disappearances, its metamorphoses, thanks to the masks behind which it is not faces but entire bodies that disappear.
Thus the bodies speak, hide, animalize and humanize according to our imagination...

The Museum of Modern Art was created in 1976 with the donation of almost 2,000 works by Pierre and Denise Lévy, a Trojan industrial couple and collectors. The painter André Derain and the Trojan glassmaker Maurice Marinot, close friends of the Lévys, are well represented here, alongside such great modern artists as Courbet, Braque, Gris, Soutine, Modigliani, Dufresne, La Fresnaye, Buffet, Balthus and De Staël.
