Hercules on a Ride – The Twelve Works in Cyclopera Version

This comic opera in the purest tradition of this flagship genre of the eighteenth century recounts the 12 works of Hercules, parodying well-known tunes of classical and baroque music. Juno, tired of her husband’s infidelities, demands that her last offspring, the aptly named Hercules, perform 12 works. That’s the only condition for her to deign to adopt it—

A tribute to mythology, the trials that await Hercules… and the athletes of the modern world.

Libretto by Pierre Senges, music by Bach, Purcell, Mozart, Rameau, Grétry, Offenbach, Gluck, Lully...

By the company Les musiciens des Monts du Reuil

20:45 / 21:45 / 22:45

Possibility to join the show during the interlude at 21:10/ 22:10/ 23:10
