Built from 1883 till 1889 by Hermann Eggert, the old(former) German imperial palace joins at the heart of Neustadt of Strasbourg. Historical monument property of the State, the Palace of the Rhine is " national domain " since May 4th, 2017\. He(It) is the Big(Great) seat(siege) of DRAC is (Ministry of Culture) and of the Central commission for navigation on the Rhine. He(It) also shelters the Service(Department) of the Inventory of the cultural heritage (region). The park is not currently open to the public because of works of putting in accessibility; the old(former) stables (on the corner of the streets of the marshal brother and of the marshal Foch) are only visible from the outside.
