Creative workshops of African masks
This workshop allows participants to learn about African art, a rich and varied art, which reflects the cultural and historical diversity of the African continent. Participants are accompanied by visual artist Jérémie Marié, who will guide them in the use of cutting templates and in the composition of masks from simple and colorful materials, such as paper, wool, feathers, beads, etc. Each participant will be able to express their creativity and personality by creating a unique and personalized mask. The African mask making workshop is an opportunity to discover the heritage of the museum, which has a magnificent collection of African art, which brings together a wide variety of masks, statues, jewelry and other works of art.
