Equip participants with the basics of team management, leadership and membership

Objectifs : Working in teams is inevitable in contemporary organisations regardless of its status (profit, not-for-profit or public). This two-day seminar aims to equip participants with the basics of team management, leadership and membership. Participants will be exposed to concepts and frameworks used by team managers and leaders. Learners will engage in hands-on activities to understand team dynamics and how to navigate their way to be successful team leaders, manages and members.

Descriptif : Over the two days, we will cover the following topics: • Introduction to team management • Understanding team development and composition • Motivating teams • Team performance & managing conflict • Team decision making • Leadership styles • Communication and inspiring teams • Culture and power – international and cross functional teams The seminar will run as a combination of exercises, cases and presentation of main tools.
