Take up the challenge on Sunday, January 26, 2025 from 9 am to 12 pm at the Triolo swimming pool by participating in a unique sports event combining aquabiking, swimming and aquarunning without interruption! Price: 6.50€
Two levels are proposed to adapt to your practice:

• Confirmed: 10 min Bike – 800m freestyle – 150m Run
• Regular/Occasional: 10 min Bike – 400m Freestyle – 100m Run

Inscriptions

Registration is required at the pool by January 15, 2025. Event reserved for participants 16 years and older.

Settlement:

Wearing of the cap mandatory (provided).
Each participant will be given a colored cap attached to his bike and his swimming lane.

Aqua bike: (small bath)

The start of the event is given to the steps of the small bath. Competitors head to the assigned aquabike (row color identical to the cap color).
On a «Tabata method» music, the participant alternates periods of intensity by adopting a position called as a dancer for 30 seconds and periods of recovery of 10 seconds in sitting position.
Any participant who does not take the position is penalized with a red card (30 sec of penalties). A mandatory exit zone is provided for the end of this event.

Swimming: (Deep Swim)

The style is free. Distance is counted by lifeguards. Use of propulsive aids is not permitted.
No extended stop at the wall will be accepted.

Aqua running: (big bath)

For the 100m: Wearing an aqua running belt is mandatory and will be provided in baskets provided for this purpose. Arm movements are tolerated. Vertical position is required.
For the 150m: Wearing a belt is forbidden. A board is held in the back throughout the distance
Vertical position is required.
The entrance into the water is done without diving through line 4.The change of corridor is done by bypassing a beacon. No contact with the wall will be tolerated. Exit is corridor 6.
Crossing the finish line marked on the edge of the basin will mark the end of the event and stop the stopwatch.

How it works:

• 9:00 a.m.: Doors open
• 9:15 a.m.: Briefing
• 9.30 am: Start of the first wave
• 11h15: End of the tests
• 11:30 a.m. Results
  A refueling point will be available throughout the morning.
