Con Brio Choral Society

On 30 May 2025 at 7pm, an exceptional choral concert will be held at Geneva's Holy Trinity Church as part of the Con Brio American Choir's Germany - France - Switzerland 2025 tour. The concert will bring together more than 70 choristers under the direction of Dr. Stephen Bruce, with Susan E. Saltus at the organ. The local welcome will be provided by Helen Xiao, conductor of the Geneva Chinese Choir, who will also be taking part in the musical programme.
The concert will open with a performance by the Geneva Chinese Choir, a female vocal ensemble made up of members of Geneva's Chinese and international community. Con Brio will then present a varied selection of classical, spiritual, jazz and popular pieces from its extensive repertoire. The concert will close with a joint performance by the two choirs, a symbol of collaboration and unity through music.

Le 30 mai 2025 à 19h, un concert choral exceptionnel se tiendra à la Holy Trinity Church de Genève dans le cadre de la tournée Allemagne - France - Suisse 2025 du chœur américain Con Brio. Ce concert, placé sous le signe du partage et de la rencontre culturelle, réunira plus de 70 choristes dirigés par Dr. Stephen Bruce, avec Susan E. Saltus à l’orgue. L’accueil local sera assuré par Mme Helen Xiao, cheffe du Chœur Chinois de Genève, qui participera également à la programmation musicale.
Le concert s’ouvrira avec une performance du Chœur Chinois de Genève, un ensemble vocal féminin composé de membres de la communauté chinoise et internationale de Genève. Ensuite, Con Brio présentera une sélection variée de pièces classiques, spirituelles, jazz et populaires, tirées de son vaste répertoire. Le concert se clôturera par une prestation conjointe des deux chœurs, symbole de collaboration et d’unité à travers la musique.
