Gleb, a high-ranking executive in a Russian province, leads a strictly controlled life split between professional success and a seemingly stable marriage. But this balance begins to shatter when he suspects his wife, Galina, of infidelity and quietly launches his own investigation. At the very same time, the country descends into chaos with the outbreak of the war in Ukraine and mounting pressure from authorities, who demand a list of names for partial military mobilization. Caught between personal turmoil and historical upheaval, Gleb watches his world slowly slip out of his grasp.

Gleb, puissant cadre d’une province russe, mène une existence sous contrôle, entre réussite professionnelle et vie conjugale en apparence stable. Mais cet équilibre se fissure lorsqu’il soupçonne son épouse Galina d’infidélité et se lance dans une enquête discrète. Au même moment, le pays bascule dans le chaos avec le déclenchement du conflit en Ukraine et la pression croissante des autorités, qui exigent notamment une liste de noms dans le cadre d’une mobilisation partielle. Pris entre crise intime et bouleversement historique, Gleb voit peu à peu son monde lui échapper.
