As part of the ERC-UPSaclay support, an information session for all researchers, teacher-researchers and administrative staff within the perimeter of the Université Paris-Saclay (and the Institut Polytechnique de Paris) is organised on 2 and 3 November 2020. This day will be devoted to the ERC Starting Grants 2021 call.

This session will be composed of two phases:
- A plenary session : 2nd November. The objective of this session will be to provide an overview of the ERC Starting Grants 2021 call, and to give advice on how to write a proposal. There will also be a round-table discussion, in which experts, laureates and European Affairs Officers will participate. This will be an opportunity for you to benefit from advice from different stakeholders and to ask any questions you may have.
9.00 am - 11.15 am : Plenary session
2.00 pm - 4.00 pm : Round-table discussion and questions & answers session
Please note: due to the situation related to COVID-19, this session will be held as a webinar. We will send the final program and the link to connect online to all registrants a few days before the session.
- Individual Interviews : 3rd November. You can benefit from a one-hour individual interview with one of our consultants about your project idea. After registering, we will get back to you with the details of the interview. Due to the current context, all interviews (on or after November 3rd) will be conducted by videoconference.
Please note: if you are not available on November 3rd, you will be able to benefit from a remote interview at a later date. Please make sure to indicate this on the registration form.
Registration is free but mandatory. Please note that the webinar as well as the individual interviews are reserved for researchers and teacher-researchers within the perimeter of the Université Paris-Saclay (as well as the Institut Polytechnique de Paris).

Dans le cadre de l'accompagnement ERC-UPSaclay, une session d’information à destination de l’ensemble des chercheurs, enseignants-chercheurs et personnels administratifs du périmètre de l'Université Paris-Saclay (et de l'Institut Polytechnique de Paris) est organisée les 2 et 3 novembre 2020. Cette journée sera consacrée à l’appel ERC Starting Grants 2021.

Cette session sera composée de deux parties :
Une session plénière d'information : le 2 novembre 2020. L’objectif de cette session sera de décortiquer l’appel ERC Starting Grants 2021, et donner des conseils sur la rédaction d’une proposition. Se tiendra également une table-ronde, à laquelle des experts, lauréats et chargés d’affaires Europe participeront. Ce moment d’échanges sera l’occasion pour vous de bénéficier de conseils de la part de différents acteurs, et de poser toutes vos questions.
9h - 11h15 : session plénière
14h - 16h : table-ronde et temps de questions/réponses
A noter : en raison de la situation liée au COVID-19, cette session se déroulera en webinaire. Nous transmettrons le programme définitif ainsi que le lien pour vous connecter en ligne à l’ensemble des inscrits quelques jours avant la session.
- Des entretiens individuels : le 3 novembre 2020. Vous pourrez bénéficier d’un entretien individuel d’une heure avec un de nos consultants autour de votre idée de projet. L’ensemble des entretiens se feront par visioconférence.
A noter : si vous n’êtes pas disponible le 3 novembre, vous pourrez bénéficier d’un entretien à distance à une date ultérieure. Veillez à bien l’indiquer dans le formulaire d’inscription.
L’inscription est gratuite mais obligatoire, dans la limite des places disponibles. Attention, le webinaire ainsi que les entretiens individuels sont réservés aux chercheurs et enseignants-chercheurs du périmètre de l'Université Paris-Saclay (ainsi que de l'Institut Polytechnique de Paris).
