Classified as a Historical Monument, the Sainte-Thérèse chapel is a remarkable testimony to the renewal of sacred art at the end of the 1950s. The Roubaix industrialist Philippe Leclercq entrusted the project to the Swiss architect Hermann Baur, as well as to the painter and master glassmaker Alfred Manessier to whom we owe the magnificent stained glass windows. The sculptor Eugène Dodeigne and the mosaic artist Jean Barillet also participate in the project.

Classée au titre des Monuments Historiques, la chapelle Sainte-Thérèse constitue un remarquable témoignage du renouveau de l’art sacré à la fin des années 1950. L'industriel roubaisien Philippe Leclercq confiera le projet à l'architecte suisse Hermann Baur, ainsi qu'au peintre et maître verrier Alfred Manessier à qui l'on doit les magnifiques vitraux. Le sculpteur Eugène Dodeigne et le mosaïste Jean Barillet participent également au projet.

De Sainte-Thérèse kapel is een historisch monument en getuigt van de vernieuwing van de heilige kunst aan het einde van de jaren 1950 De Roubaix-industrieel Philippe Leclercq heeft het project toevertrouwd aan de Zwitserse architect Hermann Baur, evenals aan de schilder en meesterglasmaker Alfred Manessier aan wie we de prachtige glas-in-loodramen te danken hebben. Ook de beeldhouwer Eugène Dodeigne en de mozaïekkunstenaar Jean Barillet nemen deel aan het project.
In samenwerking met de Diocesan Association van de St. Theresa Chapel.
