ludovic hadjeras schenkt der Anwesenheit anderer Tiere besondere Aufmerksamkeit, sucht nach deren Kontakt und manchmal auch nach ihrer Zusammenarbeit. Die Erzählungen, die er mobilisiert, spiegeln sich in Skulpturen, Videos, Installationen und Texten wider.
Durch seine Mischung aus Mythos und Ethnographie, Fiktion und Feldarbeit erfindet seine Praxis die Figur des Hybriden als Vermittler neu: ein Wesen, das in der Lage ist, Brücken zwischen ungleichen Welten zu schlagen. Für den Schauspieler wird er "Der, den man liebt und dennoch isst" lesen, ein neuartiger Text, der sich um die Figur des Schafes dreht.

Mixing myth and ethnography, fiction and fieldwork, his practice reinvents the figure of the hybrid as a mediator: a being capable of building bridges between disparate worlds. For actoral, he will read "The one we love and yet we eat", an unpublished text woven around the figure of the sheep.

Mescolando mito ed etnografia, finzione e lavoro sul campo, la sua pratica reinventa la figura dell'ibrido come mediatore: un essere capace di gettare ponti tra mondi disparati. Per recitare, leggerà "Colui che si ama e che tuttavia si mangia", un testo inedito intessuto intorno alla figura della pecora.
