Data sharing and data reuse are two faces of the same coin, but how often do we consider the reuse aspect? How and to what extent is data actually reused, especially in sensitive contexts such as medical research?
In this webinar, Giulia Varvarà will give an overview of the possible challenges and pitfalls associated with reusing clinical trial data, as well as the great opportunity that it offers. She will outline a roadmap describing all the steps needed to access the data and to use it in the most efficient and responsible way. She will also illustrate the roadblocks that could (and most likely will) be encountered in this path.
This session aims to give a comprehensive idea of clinical trials’ data reuse in real practice. Whether concerned or excited about the doors that it could open, we welcome everyone to come and have a look at the bigger picture together.
