In Silico Biology day in Rennes
JBISR is a one-day symposium dedicated to bioinformatics, organized as part of the BIS2 (Biology In Silico) transversal axis at IGDR.

This day will be held on Tuesday 25 November 2025 on the Health campus of the University of Rennes.
This first edition aims to bring together the scientific community around advances in bioinformatics applied to healthcare.
The event will feature three thematic sessions dedicated to artificial intelligence, the integration of multimodal data, and their applications in biology and oncology.
We are honored to welcome three invited speakers:
Dr. Andrea Rau (INRAE, Université Paris-Saclay)
Dr. Juliette Griffié (SciLifeLab, University of Stockholm)
Dr. Rémy Nicolle (INSERM, Université Paris Cité)

- September 1, 2025: Opening of registrations and submissions
- September 25, 2025: Deadline for submissions
- October 25, 2025: Closing of registrations

JBISR est un symposium d’une journée consacré à la bioinformatique, organisé dans le cadre de l’axe transversal BIS2 (Biologie In Silico) de l’IGDR.

Cette journée se tiendra le mardi 25 novembre 2025 sur le campus Santé de l’Université de Rennes.
Cette première édition vise à rassembler la communauté scientifique autour des avancées en bioinformatique appliquée à la santé.
L’événement s’articulera autour de trois sessions thématiques consacrées à l’intelligence artificielle, à l’intégration de données multi-modales et à leurs applications en biologie et en cancérologie.
Nous aurons le plaisir d’accueillir trois conférencier·e·s invité·e·s :
