Ancient holm oaks from the rich fronds welcome guests in our small rural village that, composed of oil mill, low artefacts and chapel, is immersed in a typical terraced olive grove. The garden attached to the central structure for hospitality, which is accessed along a lavender path, is characterized by lemon trees, landscape roses and climbing roses. A corner is dedicated to aromatic herbs and scattered are jasmine and fragrant geraniums. The olive grove that faces the sea, with a panoramic view that embraces the gulf of Squillace, maintains the plant of the old sixths setting characterized by dry stone walls that also move around the radical apparatuses of the plants determining areas of rest useful to social life. The botanical richness of the place is such as to constitute an attraction for those who want to know the native flora of a spontaneous character but also for the more well-equipped botanists who find elsewhere forgotten or lost plants in this land.
