Course of two lessons (1 and 8 June) held by the Shiatsuart Academy to promote a new use of historic gardens in order to raise awareness of the issues of psycho-physical well-being, offering the possibility of outdoor activities. Necessary to take home: cloth/ yoga mat The initiative is proposed by Regis - Network of Historical Gardens, as part of the development of the project SVING-Science Viva in Garden, funded by MIUR, Ministry of Universities and Research

The Arese Borromeo Garden is the park of the historic seventeenth-century palace of Cesano Maderno, now used as a green area open to the public, maintaining its characteristics of an Italian park, with signs of French renewal. Designed as a garden for walking for pleasure - an example is the avenue of hornbeams that with its 750 meters of development is among the longest in Europe - the space delights the mind and the view with the harmony of geometries and perspectives created by the avenues, temples, fountains and trees.
