Former sugar factory, transformed into a distillery at the end of the 19th century. Come and discover the vestiges of the past of this charming Habitation, today the cradle of HSE rums. Classified ISMH and Historical Monument, its old distillery, its cellars, its Habitation, its canal make it one of the most singular Dwellings of Martinique. The tour will end with a tasting of HSE rum.
Also to be discovered is the exhibition "KALALOU, des plantes et des Hommes" by photographer Karl Joseph and ethnobotanist Marc-Alexandre Tareau.
