Sunday, March 2 from 14:30 to 17:30 the Musée du Terroir opens for free for an afternoon dedicated to tailoring and artisanal textile techniques.

On the agenda:

• Discovery of the tailoring profession with Aglaé Plaete, costume artist. Demonstration of taking measurements with a visitor and presentation of a garment being assembled.
• Demonstration of spindle lace with Valenciennes lacemakers.
• Demonstration of art embroidery
• Photo stand with accessories and "period" decor
• Fashion sketch workshop with Atelier 2
• Workshop flowers in felt and buttons

In the establishment

Every 1st Sunday, a pianist animates the café all afternoon by playing tunes of variety on our 1880’s piano.

Every 1st Sunday, you can make and enjoy a brown sugar waffle according to a traditional recipe from the North!
