MEG's Sunday films continue for another season, focusing on essential and topical themes that echo those of the permanent exhibition.
Documentary, fiction and animated films on these themes are shown free of charge in the Museum Auditorium one or two Sundays a month.
The MEG is once again teaming up with the Green Film Festival for a screening.

La disparition des lucioles (The disappearance of the fireflies) offers an immersion into rural landscapes through the drawings of great authors of the ninth art. Taking to the roads of a changing rural France, these artists use a whole universe of forms to question the profound transformations currently at work. From the Maurienne to the Vosges forest, via the Pays de la Loire, Normandy and the Ardèche, this documentary traces a new cartography of the French countryside from one point to another.

Les ciné-dimanches du MEG continuent pour une saison autour de notions essentielles et actuelles faisant écho à l'exposition permanente.
Des films documentaires, des fictions et des films d'animation abordant ces thématiques sont projetés gratuitement dans l'Auditorium du Musée un ou deux dimanche(s) par mois.
Le MEG s'associe à nouveau avec le Festival du film vert pour une projection.

La disparition des lucioles propose une immersion dans les paysages des espaces ruraux à travers les oeuvres dessinées de grands auteurs du neuvième art. En arpentant les routes d’une France rurale en mutation, ces artistes, à travers tout un univers de formes, interrogent les transformations profondes qui y sont actuellement à l’œuvre. De la Maurienne à la forêt des Vosges, en passant par les Pays de la Loire, la Normandie et l’Ardèche, ce documentaire trace d’un point à un autre une nouvelle cartographie des campagnes françaises.
Le film est précédé d'une discussion autour de l'artivisme environnemental dans l'exposition.
