In Super Panela, cumbias and Colombian porros are mixed with balafon and timpani. The music is tinged with afrobeat, salsa… Nourished by the orchestras of the golden age of tropical music (Lucho Bermudez, Pacho Galán), the bearers of tradition (Los Gaiteros de San Jacinto, Totó la Momposina) as well as by the current Colombian scene (Puerto Candelaria, Grupo Bahía, Timbiquhereí), these 8 musicians exert themselves in a strict discipline: «As long as it is in a good mood, everything is good!».
