The incredible story of Michael, 11, sailing around the world with his parents, before a terrible storm propels him overboard with his dog Stella. A mysterious stranger comes to their rescue by offering them food and drink. This is Kensuke, a former Japanese soldier living alone on the island with his orangutan friends since the war. He opens the doors of his kingdom to Michael, and when monkey traders try to invade the island, they will join forces to save this paradise…

L’incroyable histoire de Michael, 11 ans, parti faire un tour du monde à la voile avec ses parents, avant qu’une terrible tempête ne le propulse par-dessus bord avec sa chienne Stella. Un mystérieux inconnu vient alors à leur secours en leur offrant à boire et à manger. C’est Kensuké, un ancien soldat japonais vivant seul sur l’île avec ses amis les orangs-outans depuis la guerre. Il ouvre à Michael les portes de son royaume et lorsque des trafiquants de singes tentent d’envahir l’île, c’est ensemble qu’ils uniront leurs forces pour sauver ce paradis…
Après la séance et avant le goûter, participez en équipe à un jeu numérique projeté sur grand écran. Ce quizz mettra à contribution votre mémoire mais aussi votre agilité et inventivité !

Het ongelooflijke verhaal van Michael, 11, die met zijn ouders de wereld rond zeilt, voordat een verschrikkelijke storm hem overboord drijft met zijn hond Stella. Een mysterieuze vreemdeling komt hen te hulp door hen eten en drinken aan te bieden. Dit is Kensuke, een voormalige Japanse soldaat die alleen op het eiland woont met zijn orang-oetan vrienden sinds de oorlog. Hij opent de deuren van zijn koninkrijk voor Michael, en wanneer apenhandelaren proberen het eiland binnen te vallen, zullen zij hun krachten bundelen om dit paradijs te redden…
